May 4, 2024

We are pleased to announce some of our latest projects including two for the City of Charlotte and two for SCDOT.

The Charlotte projects start with the JW Clay Streetscape project linking the Mallard Creek Greenway, University Place, UNCC,  and the N. Tryon St. Light Rail Station. We invite you to learn more about this project and its expanded sidewalks, overhead walkways, and bike lanes.

The Matheson Street Bridge project will provide enhanced connections between North Tryon Street and the LYNX Blue Line, the Cross Charlotte Trail, and the popular NoDa area. The project includes pedestrian, bicycle, and aesthetic improvements on Matheson Avenue from North Tryon Street to Jordan Place,

Blythe and joint venture partners United Infrastructure were recently awarded work on improving the I-77 and SC HWY 160 interchange including realignment of a portion of I-77, new turn lanes, and off ramps.

The SC 557 Improvements project is a York County Pennies for Progress project. Work consists of widening SC 557 in Lake Wylie from 2 lanes to 5 lanes for approximately 2.48 miles from west of Kingsbury Road to Harper Green Drive.
